Creator and Writer of the Series. Keren Weissman is an Israeli creator, screenwriter, and showrunner known for powerful and emotionally resonant storytelling. She is the creator and showrunner of the acclaimed psychological drama Mama's Angel (YES, 2016), which gained international recognition through Channel 4's Walter Presents, and a writer on the anthology series One Day in October (yes Studios / Fox Entertainment Studios, 2024). Weissman has also written and directed the autobiographical film Not a Single Tear and authored several children's books. A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, she combines rich personal vision with global appeal across television, film, and literature.
